Couqley Downtown also welcomes the cooler months with a selection of winter favourites, available individually or as part of a three-course set menu. Bringing together rich, comforting flavours and classic French techniques, the menu is ideal for a leisurely seasonal lunch or an evening shared with friends and family.

Guests can begin with Green Asparagus, served lukewarm with sautéed morel mushrooms and silky hollandaise sauce, before moving on to a slowly braised Lamb Shank with homemade pomme purée and mixed vegetable confit. For dessert, the Mini Bûche de Noël offers a festive finish, with delicate chocolate sponge, velvety chocolate cream and an elegant chocolate coating.
